【摘要】:ThispartofEN474dealswithallspecificsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttohydraulicexcavatorsasdefinedinENISO6165:2006,whentheyareusedasintendedandunderconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4).Thispartalsodealswithobjecthandlingapplication,shovelapplicationandlogapplication.Therequirementsofthispartarecomplementarytothecommonrequirementsformulatedin!EN474-1:2006+A1:2009.Thispartdoesnotrepeattherequirementsfrom!EN474-1:2006+A1:2009,butaddsorreplacestherequirementsforapplicationforhydraulicexcavators.Thispartspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreducerisksarisingfromthesignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsduringcommissioning,operationandmaintenanceofhydraulicexcavators.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletohydraulicexcavatorsmanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.

【摘要】:Thedeterminationofthecreeprateprovidesinformationonthebehaviorofsandwichconstructionsunderconstantload.Creepisdefinedasdeflectionunderconstantloadoveraperiodoftimebeyondtheinitialdeformationasaresultoftheapplicationoftheload.Deflectiondataobtainedfromthistestmethodcanbeplottedagainsttime,andacreepratedetermined.Byusingstandardspecimenconstructionsandconstantloading,thetestmethodmayalsobeusedtoevaluatecreepbehaviorofsandwichpanelcore-to-facingadhesives.Thistestmethodprovidesastandardmethodofobtainingflexurecreepofsandwichconstructionsforqualitycontrol,acceptancespecificationtesting,andresearchanddevelopment.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofthecreepcharacteristicsandcreeprateofsandwichconstructionsloadedinflexure,atanydesiredtemperature.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Theinch-poundunitsgivenmaybeapproximate.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
