【摘要】:ThispartofISO18589specifiesthegeneralrequirements,basedonISO11074andISO/IEC17025,forallstepsintheplanning(deskstudyandareareconnaissance)ofthesamplingandthepreparationofsamplesfortesting.Itincludestheselectionofthesamplingstrategy,theoutlineofthesamplingplan,thepresentationofgeneralsamplingmethodsandequipment,aswellasthemethodologyofthepre-treatmentofsamplesadaptedtothemeasurementsoftheactivityofradionuclidesinsoil.ThispartofISO18589isaddressedtothepeopleresponsiblefordeterminingtheradioactivitypresentinsoiforthepurposeofradiationprotection.Itisapplicabletosoilfromgardens,farmland,urbanorindustrialsitesaswellassoilnotaffectedbyhumanactivities.ThispartofISO18589isapplicabletoalllaboratoriesregardlessofthenumberofpersonnelortherangeofthetestingperformed.WhenalaboratorydoesnotundertakeoneormoreoftheactivitiescoveredbythispartofISO18589,suchasplanning,samplingortesting,thecorrespondingrequirementsdonotapply.
