【摘要】:ThispartofISO28927specifiesalaboratorymethodformeasuringhand-transmittedvibrationemissionatthehandlesofhand-heldpower-drivenwrenches,nutrunnersandscrewdriversusedfortighteningandlooseningthreadedfasteners.Itisatype-testprocedureforestablishingthemagnitudeofvibrationinthegrippingareasofamachinewhenoperatingataspecifiedload.Themethodhasbeentestedforfasteningtasksonly.Itisintendedthattheresultsbeusedtocomparedifferentmodelsofthesametypeofmachine.ThispartofISO28927isapplicabletohand-heldmachines(seeClause5),drivenpneumaticallyorbyothermeans,withimpactorimpulseaction,ofshut-off,ratchetorstalltype,andofalldesigns—straight,pistol-grip,angleorbowhandle.Itcoversmachineswith6,3mmto40mm(1/4into11/2in)maleorfemaledriveoutputshafts,aswellasothergeometries.Itisnotapplicabletonutrunnersdesignedtobeusedonlyintorquereactionarms.
